In order to improve the quality of its services, Vlasava is launching an annual passenger survey.

The Lithuanian transport company UAB “Vlasava” is ready to start an annual passenger survey, the purpose of which is to take into account passengers’ feedback and improve the quality of services. From October 7 to October 21 passengers will be able to express their opinion on travel time, frequency, route changes and other important aspects in the survey to be held at the end of the year.

UAB “Vlasava” transports passengers by various types of buses on 6 routes in Palanga district and 5 intercity routes. The company wants to know the opinion of passengers about the latest changes to routes and schedules. Special attention will also be paid to the level of customer service.

This year, the survey will be conducted digitally using the Google platform – https://ej.uz/ge7v , so it will be easy and convenient to fill out the questionnaire by phone or computer at any time and in any place. On bus routes with a large number of elderly passengers, questionnaires will also be available during the bus journey.

Last year, UAB “Vlasava” transported more than 381,705 passengers in 11 buses of different sizes, all 11 passengers traveled more than 1,621,006.34 kilometers together. The company invites passengers to actively participate in the survey.
